What services does ARRO Bookkeeping offer?
We provide bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable management, bank reconciliations, payroll processing, financial reporting, and BAS/IAS preparation (non-lodgement). We also assist with software setup, training, and EOFY preparation for your accountant.
Do I need to be GST registered to use your services?
No. We work with sole traders, partnerships, and companies whether they are GST-registered or not. We can help you assess your obligations if you’re unsure.
Are you a registered BAS or Tax Agent?
While we are not a registered BAS or Tax Agent, we can prepare all the necessary documentation and ensure your accounts are ready for your tax agent or accountant to review and lodge.
Can you help me get my books in order if I’m behind?
Absolutely. Whether you’re a few months or a few years behind, we’ll help you catch up, clean up your books, and put systems in place to stay on top going forward.
What accounting software do you work with?
We work with Xero and MYOB. If you’re not sure which one is right for you, we’ll help you choose and set it up correctly.
Do you offer one-off services or only ongoing support?
Both. We offer regular ongoing bookkeeping services as well as one-off services such as file clean-ups, payroll setup, or EOFY assistance.
How do I share my receipts and documents with you?
We offer easy, secure ways to send your paperwork electronically—via cloud platforms like Google Drive, Dropbox, or direct uploads through accounting software apps.
Will you work with my accountant?
Yes. We are happy to collaborate with your accountant to ensure your financials are accurate and ready for year-end lodgement or tax planning.
How much do your services cost?
Our fees depend on the size and complexity of your business and the services required. We’ll provide a clear quote upfront, with no hidden costs.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes. We offer a free 30-minute discovery session to understand your needs and explain how we can help.
Is everything done remotely?
Mostly yes, but we are based in Perth and can offer face-to-face services in certain cases. Most clients prefer the convenience and efficiency of remote support.
